He is the Group President. He heads the Real Estate and Money Markets Department. He is a holder of a BL (Hons), LLB and MBA degrees from the University of Zimbabwe. He has also done a Diploma in Valuation with Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe.

He has been involved in legal issues relating to banking and finance, capital markets, financial services and risk assessment as well as real estate issues over a number of years. The portfolio has included local government, municipal councils, venture capital companies, banks, large retail and commercial entities as well as players in the real estate sector. The Department also deals with conveyancing and notarial practice.

An LLB graduate of the University of South Africa. Although not yet admitted to practice, she has been with the firm for over ten years. Has gained valuable experience in property law, conveyancing and notarial practice, drafting, verification and lodgements of documents.

A final year Bachelor of Administration University scholar [part-time]. She is in charge of Office Management and also works as a conveyancing officer. Has vast experience in deeds and mortgage bond drafting and verification, ZIMRA and Deeds Office requirements and calculations as well as drafting. Has been with the department for more than eight years.

Third year Marketing Management University undergraduate scholar [part-time]. Deals with business contracts, receipts and payments. Has more than eight years experience with the firm. Deals with drafting of mortgage bond documents, deeds searches, surveyor generals document registrations, ZIMRA interviews, drafting and calculations.

Obtained an LLB degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He heads the Litigation and Administrative Law Department. Has successfully handled a number of complex commercial law and labour cases. Admitted legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe. The portfolios he handles include entrepreneurial ventures, large organisations, companies, local authorities and banks. Deals with employment law, taxation, dispute resolution including arbitration, administrative regulatory and compliance law as well as family law.

Graduated from law school in 2014 an admitted legal practitioner. Has more than four years experience as a legal and labour officer. Has carried out extensive research in labour related issues. Is experienced in administrative, regulatory and compliance law, as well as various commercial matters.

A holder of an LLB degree from University of Leeds (UK). As a Law Graduate trainee she moves across all the departments and mostly deals with research.

An Associate with more than seven years experience. She heads the Corporate and Commercial department. A holder of an LLB Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe. Worked in a Management consultancy firm for five years before joining legal practice. She gained experience in judicial management, liquidation and Estate Administration. She has experience in areas ]of company judicial management, mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts and administration of estates. The department entails work for large companies, organisations, financial institutions and individuals.

A holder of an LLB degree from the University of Zimbabwe. A registered legal practitioner of the High Court and Supreme Court of Zimbabwe, a conveyancer and Notary Public. A legal practitioner with more than five years experience. A self motivated lawyer who is very good as a team member. Quite analytical in work delivery, she fits very well into the firm ethos of service delivery. She handles commercial litigation matters.

He is a holder of of the following degrees form Newcastle University (UK): Bachelor of Laws [LLB], Master of Laws [LLM] in International Business and Master of Sciences [MSc] Banking and Finance. This department is the link between all other departments in the firm. It feeds into all lawyers work by engaging in legal research, especially on finance and economics, international business and emerging developments in law. It also assists with research into modern ways of running legal practice. Information technology is at the fore front of how we do our business. This is at its cornerstone, as he is very good with software and computers.

The department is headed by Miss Nyasha Nyoni. She is an ACCA student. Personnel in this department was reduced when the firm subscribed to and adopted the Law Pac Accounting Software.
